Was created something like own CRM that did functions:

  • organize communication between our managers and other distributed office managers;
  • create indendent version of the system with light version with (IE6) compatibility;
  • ability to upload files;
  • notifications about new requests, calls and changes over email;
  • calendar with ability to create/update/delete events for specialist calls;
  • objects map with Yandex.Map integration;
  • statistics results and diagrams about current state of working.
